  • Yes! All of Rockwater Pottery’s products are both dishwasher and microwave safe. However, we do recommend hand washing for the longevity of the pot. If dishwashing, please use top rack.

    Clay also gets hot (along with your food) in the microwave, so please use caution when handling.

  • If you receive pottery that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date with photos of both the broken ware and the packing materials. We can then work out a refund/exchange. After 24 hours of the delivery date, damaged goods will not be accepted.

  • Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be fulfilled.

  • Yes. If you receive your pottery and you are not 100% happy with them, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will send you directions on how to ship the items back safely. We will then issue a full refund, minus shipping charges, once we receive the pieces in “like new” condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Although we strive for uniformity within a series of pieces, the nature of hand-made goods leave room for variability.

    As each piece of pottery is hand crafted, please allow for small makers marks. These are not imperfections, but tell the story of the artistic process your piece has gone though.

    These “beauty marks” will not hinder the use or function or your piece.
